No other flexible cross-linked polyethylene pipe can perform better than one made from TempRite^® PEX compounds. Completely non-toxic, FlowGuard Flex systems are certified to NSF-14, NSF-61 and CSA B137.5 quality standards. In addition, FlowGuard Flex solutions surpass the proposed requirements of ASTM F876 standard when tested in accordance with the ASTM F2023 standard for chlorine resistance, and exceed the minimum requirements of NSF Protocol P171 to receive the NSF Cl-TD (chlorine-traditional domestic) and Cl-R (chlorine-recirculation) marks. The same FlowGuard Flex products also perform beyond industry standards when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. Radiant heating pipe made from TempRite PEX can also meet DIN 4726 with oxygen barrier.
