Drinking water purity is becoming an increasingly important issue for pipe manufacturers, contractors and consumers. Recent health-effects testing shows that water in PEX pipe produced from TempRite resin is completely non-toxic.
FlowGuard Flex 3 layer piping solution has been tested and certified to NSF Standard 61 for drinking water system components. Designed to provide safe drinking water, this standard was established by a consortium of the industry’s most prominent organizations:
